yingting juz bought a new phone last week n guess wat the phone is spoilt.She went back to the store to request a new one but tat fellow say its not his problem becuz the problem lies with the phone which have 1 component less in it.Apparently he is not going to take responsiblity for that.
left with no choice yingting send the phone to repair.But all of us feels that fellow actually gave yingting a 2nd hand phone.Yingting is so pissed off and so are we.

Lesson learnt frm tis incident :
1)buy phone frm Hello shop or M1 shop or Starhub store.dun go to ulu ulu shop in neighbourhood to buy cuz they dun take responsibility.
2)watch them break the seal on the box becuz they might give u a second hand phone.
3)make sure u get a invoice frm them
4)make sure u have the warranty card
5)request to try the phone before u pay for everything.

damn that fellow.the store she bought frm is at toa payoh...
